iWolff is responsible for the master planning, design and documentation of this mixed used business park in Coolaroo know as “1500“.
The project consist of two stages. Stage One consists of a Service Station precinct together with Fast Food Facilities. Stage two consists of a variety of uses including Medical, Childcare, Commercial, Bulky Goods, and Retail precincts.
Designed utilising leading edge architectural forms the buildings present as modern expressive forms to create a communal lifestyle development within the municipality.
This significant development will provide a quality mixed use environment for the business community in Coolaroo as well as much needed retail and bulky goods retail services for the community.
