SOPHISTICATED YET SUBTLE RESIDENCE CREATES A UNIQUE SOLUTION TO MODERN LIVING.

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design of this luxury residence on a gentle sloping site in Melbourne’ Eastern Suburbs.  The five bedroom luxury residence is situation in the leafy eastern suburb of Mt Waverley in Melbourne.

The gradual slope of the site lends itself to a design which responds to the natural contours of the land and enables the distant views beyond to be captured for all to enjoy.

The client brief was to create a modern exclusive luxury design with large voluminous Living and Dining Areas, with the gourmet Kitchen supported by a Butlers Kitchen being the central focal point of the open planned living spaces opening to the Al Fresco Pool area beyond.

A two-storey high volume interconnects the upper level bedroom areas which are accessed by an expressive articulated stair leading up to the family area. It is a powerful expressive device creating movement and connection between the two areas of the house.  The residence contains four generous Bedrooms on the upper level including an exquisitely detailed Main Bedroom Dressing Area and spacious Main Ensuite.

The architecture exhibits a progression of spaces and volumes with luxurious open plan living creating a comfortable family home which is placed within its contemporary garden environment.

This luxury residence has been uniquely designed to relate directly to its site and the commanding views of the city and Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.
