THE CREATION OF AN ELITE AFC AND MARTIAL ARTS FIGHTING CENTRE RESORT DEVELOPMENT

The Australian Fighting Championship (AFC) has been invited to create a world class development for the training of their elite athletes as well as a stadium together with support facilities to rival anywhere in the world.

This integrated development includes an AFC stadium and training centre with associated ancilary facilities such as martial arts training, medical centre, hotel and resort, museum, commercial and retail precincts.  It is designed to create the first facility of its type in China to fostering a close relationship between Australia and China for the training of athletes.

The development is located in Xi An which is on the Silk Road.  It is also located near the famous for the terra-cotta warriors.  It borrows for the historical past and whilst looking into the future.  The concept for the development evolves from the idea of the Silk Road flowing into the natural environment whilst providing facilities for its fearless warriors.
