BOUTIQUE TOWNHOUSES SET THE STANDARD FOR MODERN LIVING IN WANTIRNA.

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design development and delivery of this special project from VCAT to completion on site. Gary whilst Director at NRA was responsible for the concept design for this project.

This boutique project consists of 7 spacious 3 bedroom townhouses set within beautifully landscaped gardens. It is located in Wantirna near the Dandenong Ranges which has created the modulated response for the townhouse form.

The townhouses are a rhythmic response to the local environment and context utilising a mixture of natural materials such as timber and stone for the claddings. Thus integrating them with the leafy suburban environment.

The form is a modern response with cubic shapes defined by a series of frames with large windows to integrate the interior with the exterior.
