ASPECT IS A LANDMARK INNOVATIVE INNER-CITY MIXED-USE DESIGN SOLUTION

Aspect comprises a slender glass, stone and masonry mixed residential and hotel / serviced apartment tower over a retail and club base.

Designed on a small inner city site China Town precinct it is oriented to capture city and Darling Harbour views.  Each room and apartment has been individually designed with modern open plan living spaces integrating the interior and the exterior.

The residential and Quest serviced apartments consist of one, two and three bedroom apartments  plus penthouses totalling 166 apartments. The building comprises 42 storeys over basement retail and club and basement carparking.

The final solution will be a creative modern living and leisure environment responding to the needs of inner city living.
