iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design and documentation of this pair of luxury townhouses on this sloping site in regional Victoria.

These townhouses are situated on a steeply sloping site with the layout designed to capture the spectacular views to the beach and ocean beyond.

The architecture exhibits a playful series of cubic forms stepping down the site. The townhouse layout has been uniquely designed to relate directly to its site with the solution creating a pair of large comfortable residences placed within a luscious garden environment.

iWolff Atelier has designed these refined townhouses to feature large open-planned Living and Dining Areas together with spacious gourmet Kitchens. The front townhouse opens to an expansive terrace and pool with an infinity edge merging into the distant ocean.

The townhouses will establish the quality for the future of residential living within Lakes Entrance.
