CREATING AN INSPIRATIONAL DESIGN FOR THIS BOUTIQUE ICONIC HOTEL ON A LANDMARK  LOCATION

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of this boutique Hotel and associated masterplan.

The vision for this landmark site is to create a vibrant mixed use development consisting of Hotel, Retail and Mixed Use utilising leading edge architectural forms to create an iconic landmark.

The Hotel is designed in a curvilinear form in response to undulating surrounding landscape and distant hills. Whilst the architectural language and materiality of the building evokes of strength with the verticality of the native bushland in the neighbouring landscape. The built form modulates in 3 dimensions with the Hotel stepping down the site in response to the natural contours creating the welcome courtyard on the lower level.

The Hotel consisting 100 rooms together with a function centre, bar and restaurant. Set in the adjacent gardens is a gracefully sculpted cafe which breaks out into its own private garden courtyard.

The Lynbrook Hotel will be an iconic landmark within the community.
