LIONSGATE WILL INTRODUCE A UNIQUE SOLUTION THROUGH INSPIRATIONAL DESIGN BECOMING THE WORKPLACE AND LIFESTYLE POINT OF DESTINATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY.

Lionsgate derives its concept in response to the iconic Holden brand and location in Elizabeth, South Australia. The historical lineage is an important ingredient with the existing facilities and memories on site however Lionsgate will develop a new life and personality as the entire site evolves into the 21st century.

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the master planning and conceptual design of this iconic Australian site.  The vision for the Lionsgate masterplan respects the existing facilities and linkages on site whilst creating a strong, innovative and refreshing business park consisting of a vibrant mix of industrial, manufacturing, construction engineering, automotive and commercial uses as well as retail and sports/recreational activities within one singular development.

A holistic approach has been taken to create the macro vision for the Lionsgate masterplan rationalising and maximising the retention and use of the existing facilities on site and then creating new development precincts.  A central green space will enhance the historical precinct with the creation of well landscape gardens to accommodate the Redline Café and Museum sitting majestically in the environment.  Life and activation is evident in the variety of buildings with the active streetscapes and laneways.

Lionsgate will personify the future of the area with a landmark statement establishing a significant destination point in community of Elizabeth.
