CREATING AN INSPIRATIONAL DESIGN SOLUTION IN RESPONSE TO A TYPICAL UNDULATING SYDNEY HARBOUR LOCATION.

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of this luxury residence.

Babworth Estate is an exclusive residential estate containing a central historic house with a number of new individual houses surrounding it; all contained within a landscaped private estate. It is located within the heart of Darling Point.

Spectacular site containing a historic house which has been divided into 4 residential apartments. A master plan of this large site created a number of individual housing lots within an extensively landscaped garden environment. Each individual house has been exclusively designed by an independent architect.

The client brief was to create a modern exclusive luxury design to set a benchmark for quality residential design. This is House B3 and has been the most successful in the estate.

Level 0 is the entrance and garage level; level 1 is the entertainment level with a cinema and wine cellar; level 2 is the bedroom level with 3 bedroom and individual ensuites opening onto the gardens; level 4 is the dining and living level with open planned gourmet kitchen, living and dining areas opening onto extensive terraces; level 5 is the private parents retreat complete with master bedroom, ensuite, dressing room and study opening onto a private terrace with expansive harbour views.

Babworth House is set within extensive gardens and built over 5 levels. It is designed to encapsulate luxury living whilst capture the magnificent views of Sydney Harbour.
