DESIGNED TO BE AT THE FOREFRONT OF LIFESTYLE LIVING KNOXIA WILL SET THE STANDARDS FOR THE FUTURE IN THE COMMUNITY.

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design development and delivery of this special project from VCAT through to completion on site. Gary whilst Director at NRA was responsible for the concept design for this project through to Planning Permit.

This prestigious 6 storey development consists of 87 boutique apartments and 7 spacious townhouses.  The development consists of a mixture of home/office, 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed apartments, and 3 bedroom townhouses.  The solution integrates the best of urban and suburban living.

Featuring lush landscaped gardens the residents enjoy an extension of nature into their living spaces   The spacious balconies capture expansive views including the Dandenong Ranges to create an extension of the interior to the exterior.

Knoxia has established new living standards for the local community.
