iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of this special project in San Remo. Located at the Gateway to Phillip Island ‘Nautica’ San Remo creates apartments which are the ultimate in luxury, style and convenience.

‘Nautica’ blends clean lines, functional architecture incorporating an elegant bespoke palette of finishes and subtle textures, forming a strong distinctive architectural design which compliments the surrounding landscape, where the ocean meets the atmosphere of gently lapping waves.

This boutique building encompasses a collection of 14 generous, beautifully appointed two and three-bedroom apartments inspired by the natural elements of their surroundings.

‘Nautica” has been designed to capture the intimate ocean vistas from the private balconies which extend the interior to the exterior. Simple elegant lines of the external facade creates a defined rhythm and balance of the architectural form to maximise light, ventilation and views from the private balcony spaces. Rhythm and movement allows the building to change depending upon the mood with moveable shutters on the balconies

The interior takes reference from the architecture with a sophisticated and refined material palette. Interiors flow and integrate with the exterior with living spaces extending seamlessly to generous balconies

‘Nautica’ will establish the quality for the future of residential living within San Remo.
