CREATING AN INSPIRATIONAL DESIGN SOLUTION IN RESPONSE TO A TYPICAL UNDULATING SYDNEY HARBOUR LOCATION.

iWolff Atelier was responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of this boutique project.

Located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, this spectacular residential development is has been designed to respond to the natural contours of this steep site capturing views to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House in Sydney Harbour,

Panoramic views are available from every apartment. An innovative design solution created individual apartments within the curvilinear envelope.

The development consists of 3 boutique luxury 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Each apartment is designed to integrate with the steeply sloping Eastern Suburbs site and to capture the panoramic harbour views beyond. Each apartment is exquisitely individually designed. The project includes a private pool and exquisitely landscaped gardens.
