DESIGNED TO CREATE A UNIQUE LEANING CENTRE TO STIMULATE AND NURTURE CHILDREN WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.

iWolff Atelier was responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of this special Early Learning Centre. This centre consists of 123 places for children ranging from 0 to 6 years of age.

The Childcare Centre occupies its own individual building within Caribbean Park which is a mixed use business park.  The carefully crafted plan is designed as a playful arrangement of spaces responding to the wrinkled articulation of the envelope of the building thus creating unique teaching spaces within the 2 storey building.

The architectural form is a rhythmic and playful solution set within a series of delightful external playgrounds.  A large internal play space on he upper floor provides a beautiful internal play space capturing the expansive views of the surrounding landscape including the distant Dandenong Ranges.

Thus creating a unique Childcare Centre within the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
