RESTORATION, ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO THIS LUXURY HERITAGE RESIDENCE.

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of this important residence.

Located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, this spectacular residence has been designed to respond to the natural contours of this steep site capturing views to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House in Sydney Harbour.

This project involved the complete refurbishment of this National Trust registered residence to revitalise it and bring it back to its original glory.

The original residence was found in a state of disrepair devoid of details, finishes or any qualities of its original splendour. The entire residence was faithfully refurbished.

The internal and additional works included the addition of 2 bedrooms, doubling the size of the lounge, adding a separate garage and studio in character with the original residence, creating a new modern kitchen, adding a new glass conservatory as well as a variety of minor other works.

The result was the creation of majestic residence which captured expansive views of Sydney Harbour.
