iWolff Atelier is responsible for the modified TP application, design development and documentation of this luxury residence on this compact site in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.

This three bedroom luxury residence is situation in the leafy eastern suburb of Malvern.

iWolff Atelier has designed this beautifully detailed residence to feature large open-planned Living and Dining Areas together with a spacious gourmet Kitchen together with a Butler’s Pantry opening to the Al Fresco Barbecue Area over Basement Parking and Recreation Area.

The architecture exhibits a playful cubic form to the street concealing a large longitudinal residence behind screening elements. The scale of the residence is deceptive as it appears relatively small in the context of the streetscape.
