iWolff Atelier is responsible for the creation of a series of luxury residences to be built throughout the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This is the second in the series being a more traditional highly detailed solution.

Again this five bedroom luxury residence is situation in the leafy eastern suburb of Glen Waverley in Melbourne.
iWolff Atelier has designed this highly detailed residence to feature a central stair with an intersecting central landscaped courtyard.  The rectilinear form of this residence responds to the natural contours of the land with three levels stepping down the site.  The brief was to create a modern exclusive luxury design with large voluminous Living and Dining Areas, with the gourmet Kitchen supported by a Butlers Kitchen being the central focal point of the open planned living spaces opening to the Al Fresco Terrace beyond.

A two-storey high volume interconnects the upper level Bedrooms which are accessed by the expressive sculpted stair leading up to the family area. It is a powerful expressive device creating movement and connection between the two areas of the house.  The residence contains four generous Bedrooms on the upper level including an exquisitely detailed Main Bedroom with Dressing Area and spacious Main Ensuite.

The architecture exhibits a progression of spaces and volumes with luxurious open plan living creating a comfortable family home which is placed within its contemporary garden environment.
