CREATION OF AN INTERNATIONAL EXPOSITION, EXHIBITION AND RETAIL DEVELOPMENT BRINGING NEW OPPORTUNITIES TO AUSTRALIA.

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the master planning, design and documentation for this international standard Exposition Exhibition and Retail Park in the western region of Melbourne.

Located in a prime position along the Western Freeway in Deer Park this 66ha site offers an opportunity to create a leading international standard development within this region.

Based on similar retail and exposition concepts from Asia and the Middle East this will be the first development of its kind in Australia.  The development is aimed at securing retail outlet opportunities from international suppliers to exhibit and sell their products by exhibiting within these spaces.

The project consist of 400,000sqm of retail and exhibition space and is supported by hotel, conference and commercial precincts.  The park will benefit from significant landscaping which will create natural environment for the daily users and occupants to enjoy.

Lesso Home will create the opportunity for international retailers and suppliers to supply directly into the Australian market which has never been done previously.
