CREATIVE CONTRAST OF OLD AND NEW LED TO THIS ADAPTIVE REUSE OF THIS COLLECTION OF HERITAGE BUILDINGS.  INNOVATIVE DESIGN CREATED UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES FOR COMMERCIAL USES WITHIN.

Located in Sydney’s historic Walsh Bay district, this collection of heritage buildings created an opportunity to revitalise the disused wool stores into modern creative commercial spaces.  Meticulously restored and adapted by iWolff Atelier these buildings have a new life within this revitalised area of Sydney.

The Bond Stores are a collection of heritage listed warehouse style buildings within a historic precinct of Sydney.  The Bond Stores 2 and 3 consists of two large wool stores totalling 8,300sqm on five levels.  The exterior was carefully refurbished and returned to its former majestic presence whilst the interior was cleared out leaving numerous historic elements such as lift shafts, wool bail shafts, glazed roof lights and associated structures, etc.

The existing buildings are nestled into steeply sloping topography connecting The Rocks area above with the finger wharfs and water of Walsh Bay below.
