BOMERA & TARANA IS AN INNOVATIVE AND METICULOUS SOLUTION TO RESTORATION AND ADAPTIVE RE-USE.

‘Bomera and Tarana’ are a unique collection of buildings located on the edge of Sydney Harbour.

Meticulously restored and adapted by iWolff Atelier was responsible fo these buildings are amongst the finest examples of restoration and adaptive re-use in Australia.  They consist of three separate buildings providing the ultimate in luxury living within magnificent historical structures.

‘Bomera’ is the sandstone building which has been meticulously restored to its original grandeur to become a single family residence.  Within the grounds of ‘Bomera’ is a beautiful stables building which has been carefully converted into a guest residence.

‘Tarana’ is the rendered building which has been converted into three luxury apartments.  Each apartment is individually designed over a number of levels within the existing structure.

Each site has it’s own swimming pool at the edge of the garden recessed behind the existing wall bounding the street.
