LUXURY RESIDENCE UTILISING PREFABRICATED TECHNOLOGIES

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design of this luxury residence on a typical steeply sloping site in Brisbane.

The residence incorporates prefabricated technology utilising modular construction techniques.  Consisting of four prefabricated modules the residence consist of 4 bedrooms with open planned modern living, dining and entertainment areas over a lower level study, library and double garage.

The client brief was to create a modern exclusive luxury design utilising prefabricated components together with expressive steel structures.

Designed to cantilever over the natural contours the residence is placed within the natural garden environment and will capture views of the river beyond.
