iWolff has been responsible for the 2nd Secondary Consent Application together with the ongoing design development and delivery of this significant project to completion on site. Gary whilst Director at NRA was responsible for the initial phase of design development for this project through to the Secondary Consent Application.
This concept, clearly and strongly visualises the essence of connection and togetherness. The building creates a connected community within the Epping municipality. The articulated form stands tall as a landmark development.
This impressive 12 storey development consists of ground level retail, 5 storeys of commercial offices with Child Care Centre and Wellness Centre with 94 boutique apartments. The outcome integrates the best of urban and suburban living.
The retail at the ground will revitalise and activate the streetscape. The commercial levels enjoy punctuated juliette balconies randomly distributed on the glazed facade. The Child Care Centre activates the junction with the residential and creates a sense of transition from commercial to residential.
The residential levels are located on the upper floors over the commercial. A well ordered framework with cantilevered
light-weight balconies extends the interior the exterior. Capturing the views to the city as well as the northern, eastern and western light all apartments enjoy delightful sunlight and views.
Featuring a lush landscaped garden courtyard the residents enjoy an extension of nature into their living spaces or a tranquil secured garden courtyard.
Thus Empire Epping will establish a new standard of lifestyle within the local community.
