CREATION OF AN ICONIC DESIGN SOLUTION FOR THIS BOUTIQUE HOTEL RESPONDING TO ITS NATIVE AUSTRALIAN ENVIRONMENT

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of this iconic Hotel and associated masterplan.

The vision for this landmark site is to create a vibrant mixed use development consisting of hotel, retail and mixed use utilising leading edge architectural forms to create an iconic landmark within a unique native Australian environment.

Hotel is designed in a carefully articulated form in response to natural landscape and woodland environment. The architectural language and materiality of the building evokes of strength with the verticality of the native bushland within which the hotel is delicately placed.

The hotel consisting 150 rooms together with a function centre, bar and restaurant. Located on the corner apex of the hotel is the restaurant which breaks out into its own private garden courtyard within this unique native Australia environment.

The Cranbourne East Hotel will be a boutique development on this landmark site.
