CREATION OF A LUXURY RESIDENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EASTERN SUBURBS OF SYDNEY

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of this luxury residence.

Located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, this luxurious residence is an adaptive renovation to transform it into a meticulously detailed dwelling. Balconies and an attic have been added to capture the expansive views to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House in Sydney Harbour.

The original residence was found in a state of disrepair devoid of details, finishes or any qualities of its original splendour. The entire residence was fully renovated.

The internal and additional works included the addition of 2 bedrooms as well as creating an open planned living, dinning and kitchen area thus providing modern living standards.

The result was the creation of spectacular modern heavy detailed luxury Eastern Suburbs residence.
