BELLENDEN WILL ESTABLISH A QUALITY LIFESTYLE COMMUNITY IN THIS LANDMARK LOCATION IN WHEELERS HILL.
iWolff Atelier is been responsible for the construction documentation through to completion on site.
Bellenden consists of 54 boutique Townhouses and 49 one and two bedroom Apartments. The townhouses are being constructed utilising prefabricated light-weight steel frame methodologies enabling construction to be completed rapidly. The original design was prepared by Architeria Architects with design development by Doig Architects.
Bellenden is located in Wheelers Hill near the Dandenong Ranges which has created the modulated response for the townhouse for form.
The townhouses are a rhythmic response to the local environment and context utilising a mixture of natural materials and articulated forms. Thus integrating them with the leafy suburban environment.
The form of the apartments is a modern response with cubic shapes defined by a series of frames with large windows to integrate the interior with the exterior.
Bellenden will be a landmark development resting on the crown of the hill emulating the distant Dandenong Ranges.
