DESIGNED AS A BOUTIQUE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY WITHIN A LUSCIOUS LANDSCAPED ENVIRONMENT.

iWolff Atelier is responsible for the design development, documentation and delivery of this boutique group of Townhouses and associated masterplan.

The concept for this significant site is to create a visionary masterplan consisting of residential, hotel, retail and medical uses utilising leading edge architectural forms to create an iconic landmark development.

The project consists of 12 boutique three bedroom Townhouses set within beautifully landscaped gardens and private courtyards. The residential precinct is located on lower area of the site creating its own community within the overall larger master planned development.

The dwellings create the appearance of pairs of houses thus having their own individuality in their expression of architectural form.

Open planned living areas provide a modern lifestyle integrating the interior with the exterior. Thus integrating each Townhouse with the leafy suburban environment.
