Gary is the Founder and Managing Director of iWolff Atelier.
Gary is a leader and mentor as well as being well known for his design flair, visionary thinking, and hands-on commitment to projects, hence believes in adding creativity and value to every project to deliver innovative solutions for each individual client.
With 40 years experience Gary’s work covers many continents including Australia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East and brings years of experience in the areas of architecture, health planning, interior design and master planning as well as business management. Gary’s career spans a broad range of experience encompassing: Residential, Hotels & Leisure, Childcare and Early Learning, Hospital and Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial, Parliament, Retail, Heritage & Adaptive Reuse, Master Planning as well as Expert Witness.
Gary has been the principal of his own architectural practice since 1994 with a few international sojourners. Gary is recognised internationally having had the privilege of working in the Australia, GCC, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Poland, and New Zealand. Through completing a diverse range of significant projects internationally Gary has an impeccable reputation for producing high quality innovative projects of distinctive design. Gary had been resident in the Middle East for over 3 years prior to returning to Australia in 2010 having been responsible for the delivery of a number of signature projects in the region including the Palm Jebel Ali and the World Island projects in the UAE, Ma Wan Island in Hong Kong and U’Scheiblera in Poland where he created new lifestyle standards for living and working within heritage buildings.

Gary enjoys family, fabulous food and fine wine, great coffee, cooking, surfing, swimming, skiing and photography to keep him busy outside of his main passion which is architecture, culture and design.
